Abstract
Microbial pathogens causing respiratory infections, such as viruses (SARS-CoV2, Adeno, Influenza, Respiratory syncytial virus) or bacterial pathogens (Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae), all have unique characteristics that determine the pathogenicity.
Using traditional method (microscopy, culture, immunology) and molecular method to identify pathogens.
