Sarcoma tế bào tròn có biến đổi BCOR (SBCOR) là loại ung thư mới được xếp loại trong phân loại u xương và mô mềm của Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới. U có thể được chẩn đoán dựa trên đặc điêm mô bệnh học u và nhuộm hóa mô miễn dịch với dấu ấn BCOR. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp u vùng mô mềm và xương vai ở trẻ trai 29 tháng tuổi, chẩn đoán SBCOR dựa vào sinh thiết phát hiện u có mật độ cao tế bào tròn, nhuộm hóa mô miễn dịch u bộc lộ dương tính với dấu ấn BCOR. Trẻ được điều trị hóa chất kết hợp với phẫu thuật cắt u. Quá trình điều trị và theo dõi bệnh tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương, phẫu thuật bảo tồn thực hiện tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Xanh Pôn. Sau khi kết thúc các liệu trình trị, trẻ có toàn trạng tốt. Kết quả hiện nay sau kết thúc điều trị 4 năm không thấy dấu hiện tái phát bệnh, trẻ có thể vận động cánh tay tốt, có thể thực hiện các động tác tinh vi của cẳng tay, bàn tay.
