Abstract
Round cell sarcoma with BCOR (SBCOR) alteration is a new cancer presented in the WHO classfication of tumours of soft tissue and bone. Diagnosis can base on histopathology and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining for BCOR. We report a case of a soft tissue and scapular tumour in a 29-month-old boy, who was diagnosed base on the feature of a round and spindle cell tumour with IHC staining positive for BCOR. The child was treated with chemotherapy combined with surgery, currently, treatment achieved a good response with no signs of recurrence. After 4 years finish of chemotherapy, the kid can perform fine motor movements of the forearm and hand.
