KẾT QUẢ HOẠT ĐỘNG CHUYỂN GIAO KỸ THUẬT CỦA BỆNH VIỆN NHI TRUNG ƯƠNG VỚI BỆNH VIỆN NHI TUYẾN TỈNH GIAI ĐOẠN 2018- 2020

Abstract

Pediatric Direction of healthcare activities include training, technical skills transfer, hands-on, … contributing to improve the capacity of lower level pediatric hospital’s examination and treatment. Objective: 1. Describe the application of transfer techniques of Thai Binh and Hai Phong children’s
hospital for 2018 - 2020. 2. Analysis advantages and disadvantages of these activities. Object and method: a cross-sectional descriptive study, secondary data analysis and qualitative approaches. Result: Most of transferred techniques are deployed. The number of patients performing selfadministration by transfer technique increases year by year. The professional performance indexes of the two hospitals increased in the period of 2018 - 2019. The rate of patients referred from district hospitals to central hospitals decreased in 2018 - 2019, increased in 2020. Some dvantages and disadvantages of technology transfer activities during this period are presented.
