Đặt vấn đề: Rối loạn phổ tự kỷ là một rối loạn phát triển phổ biến ở trẻ nhỏ, có nhiều rối loạn hành vi đi kèm với rối loạn này. Những rối loạn hành vi này làm gia tăng biểu hiện cốt lõi của rối loạn này và cản trở hiệu quả điều trị bệnh. Mục tiêu: Mô tả các rối loạn hành vi thường gặp ở trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 166 trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ từ 5 – 17 tuổi, đến khám tại Khoa Tâm thần, Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ 05/2019 – 05/2020.
Kết quả: Các rối loạn hành vi phổ biến ở trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ là rối loạn hành vi định hình, giao tiếp bất thường, hành vi kích thích, hành vi tăng động/xung động.
Kết luận: Cần khảo sát và điều trị các rối loạn hành vi ở trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỷ để cải thiện kết quả điều trị.
